Step 3 - How to get empty boxes delivered to you.
Log into the C.A.B.S. system with your user name and password and simply select delivery of empty boxes, then just following the onscreen instructions it’s very easy.
Remember to order more boxes than you need to be on the safe side as you can return any unused boxes with no additional charges.
If you are sending your own boxes or suitcases and don’t need any of our boxes then simply go to step 4.

Boxes will be delivered in a flat pack form along with tape and bubble wrap and any documents you may need if you haven’t downloaded them.
Your boxes can be delivered to your home or work address but they can only be delivered to the entrance of your building on the ground floor.
This saves us time on delivering boxes and as such the savings are past onto you.
Drivers will make deliveries between the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday to Saturday, please note that sometimes our drivers may need to work outside these hours when demand is high for our services.
You will normally receive an email or SMS text message if possible with an estimated time or you can check online using the C.A.B.S. system.
We are sorry but we are unable to give times over the phone due to the high volume of telephone calls that we receive and because you are connected directly to our database online through C.A.B.S. then our office staff can only relay the information that you can see online.
Please make sure you phone is on at all times as the driver may call you before he delivers your boxes.
Please Note: each shipment job includes a free delivery if you are in London and some surrounding areas, if you cancel the delivery or require a delivery of more boxes on the same shipment then a charge will be made for each extra delivery that you require, this is why you should always order more boxes than you need.
